NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment dated September 17, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-1720 in Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Civil Division, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-17, Plaintiff and JAMES RANDOLPH A/K/A JAMES G. RANDOLPH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are Defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on October 16, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 2547, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 112 THROUGH 130 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
