Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18 day of Sept., 2019, and entered in case No. 19-CC-003264 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COCONUT SHORES EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and, ED ALVAREZ aka EDWIN J. ALVAREZ and KALLIOPI ALVAREZ, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, ARF FINANCIAL, LLC fka ADVANCE RESTAURANT FINANCE, LLC, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., and ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of November, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 202, Building 6, COCONUT SHORES UNIT II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3743, Page 2066, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
