DESANTIS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 16, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, 12 AND 13, BLOCK 325, UNIT 8, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 1 TO 6, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
