NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment, - 9-17-19 entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-001125 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Bahram Roozrokh a/k/a Bahram Roozrorkh are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 703, BUILDING 7, PHASE 5, SOMERVILLE AT SANDOVAL SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000170086, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000260598, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000260599, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
