NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002086 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JUAN CARLOS HERNANDEZ, OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, DISCOVER BANK, CHASE BANK USA, N.A., TAMPA PALMS NORTH OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on November 18, 2019, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
The Condominium Parcel known as Unit 15106 of OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, (“Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof (“Declaration”), recorded in Official Records Book 16175, Page 0218, et seq., in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto as specified in said Declaration.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
