NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-000401 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH THE ESTATE OF RICHARD CHARLES JOHNSON, a/k/a RICHARD JOHNSON, Deceased; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on October 24, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
