Final Judgment was awarded on August 27, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-006528, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY,AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-14, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14 is the Plaintiff, and DOMINICK ALAN FERRITTO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
