ABBENZELLER A/K/A R.H. ABBENZELLER; VIVIETTE P. ABBENZELLER; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s).
