NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-010494 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF11 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Jill Hoffman; LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; Unknown Tenant #1 in Possession of the Property n/k/a Wayne Bayles, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 9586, OF BUILDING 26, LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14750 AT PAGE 0034, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
