NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure against all Defendants dated the 24th day of June 2019, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 2018-CA-008812, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
WEST 92.00 FEET OF THE EAST 324.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 132.00 FEET OF LOT 2, CRAFT'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
