in 19-CA-003277 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE8 is the Plaintiff and JO STEPHENS; THOMAS B. STEPHENS are the Defendant(s). TO PLANT CITY; RUN THENCE SOUTH 85° 26' 00” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 3.83 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 00° 34' 00” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 109.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID BLOCK 2; RUN THENCE NORTH 78° 59' 00” EAST A DISTANCE OF 162.10 FEET ALONG
