NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019, and entered in 17-CA-002315 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-9 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and UV CITE II LLC; ALECIA M. SAUCIER; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS THE TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S2; ROGER D. JENKINS; THE OAKS AT VALRICO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
