NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-004019-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and John A. Birchfield a/k/a John Birchfield, SMH Construction Services, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Robert Kreiger, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 22, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 106, BUILDING H24, LANSBROOK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14696, PAGE 673 THROUGH 874, INCLUSIVE AND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 42 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, EACH AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
