Birchfield a/k/a John Birchfield, SMH Construction Services, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Robert Kreiger, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 22, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
