Notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Partition entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 6, Holiday Park Subdivision, Second Addition, as recorded in Plat Book No. 49, Page 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; Parcel ID 08-31-16-40554-0060, commonly known as 6270 27th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710 (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”).
The sale shall be by public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Pinellas County Clerk of Court. Final Payment must be made on or before 11:00 a.m. on October 16, 2019 by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
