NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2019, entered in Case No. 10-003520-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Trust 2006-WF2 is the Plaintiff and Traci L. Hollaway; Eric H. Hollaway a/k/a Eric H. Hollaway Sr. ; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1 N/K/A Larieele Hollaway; Tenant #2 ; Tenant #3 ; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession ; LARIEELE HOLLAWAY are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, OF POINT TERRACE SUBDIVISION. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
