NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in this case in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, and pursuant to Administrative Order (2019-004) in the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida the real property described as:
Lot 14, Block 8, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE NO. 2 UNIT TWO, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property address: 10491 114th Ave, N. Largo, FL 33773, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 14, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
