All that certain Condominium parcel composed of Condominium Unit. 66, “A” Southwest Wing, Building B-83, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNITY SIXTY ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 61, Pages 95-101, and Amended in Condominium Plat Book 69, Pages 14-20, and in Official Records Book 5362, Pages 1434-1466, and as amended in O.R. Book 5502, Page 282, and O.R. Book 5535, Pages 1037-1045, and O.R. Book 9948, Page 2515, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
