YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT S-802, OF REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13243, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 880 Mandalay Avenue, Unit S-802, Clearwater, Florida 33767
(“Property”).
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater, Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
