NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 22nd day of August A.D., 2019 in the cause wherein Bentley & Pratt Ventures, LLC d/b/a The Shops On 34th Street, etc., was plaintiff(s), and Sunshine Lighthouse Capital, LLC d/b/a Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches, etc., was defendant(s), being Case No. 18-008139-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Sunshine Lighthouse Capital, LLC d/b/a Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches, etc., in and to the following described property to wit:
Tables, chairs, meat slicers, refrigeration equipment, cash registers and credit card machine.
Property is to be sold in one lot.
Located at: 2760 34th Street North, St Petersburg, FL 33713
and on the 1st day of November A.D., 2019, at 4756 122nd Avenue North, in the city of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Writ of Execution.
