NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-009522-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.a., is the Plaintiff and Aylesford Homeowners Association, Inc., Daniel Vazquez, Jennifer Vazquez, Lansbrook Master Association, Inc., Marc Rutenburg Homes, Inc, Tarpon Lake Villages Homeowners' Association, Inc., United States Of America, Internal Revenue Service, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 24, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
