The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Qualifications in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on October 22, 2019 for the purpose of selecting a firm for Construction Management Services required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The project will include new construction, renovation and remodeling of the existing Clearwater High School campus. The new site plan will include a beautification element along the street edge of Gulf to Bay Blvd which the City of Clearwater will be included in the design development. There will also be a minimum of 25 portables that will be needed to house students during construction. See sheet labeled Scope of Work for complete description at web address below.
