NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-001037-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., is Plaintiff and Harry Spirides a/k/a Harilaos K. Spirides a/k/a Harilaos Kspirides; Innisbrook Condominium Association, Inc.; Hicks Whiteside, P.A. f/k/a Henry W. Hicks, P.A., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARMENT NO. 118 OF INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO. 20, LODGE NO. 20, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4087, PAGE 521, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 79 & 80, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Property Address: 36750 US Highway 19 N Unit# 118, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
