NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment dated August 28, 2019 entered in CASE NO. 2019-001741 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, the Parties are identified as Plaintiff, BRADFORD N. EMMER, TRUSTEE, EQUITYMAX, INC. PENSION PLAN, and Defendants, ALBERT L. ROGERO, III, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT L. ROGERO, III, AND THE UNKNOWN TENANT, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 5, Block C, Unit 9 of Skycrest Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, at page 80, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 29, 2019.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT. IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
