NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-001361 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein 530 PALMETTO DRIVE, LLC, Plaintiff, and GREGORY A. RAYMOND and TERRY RAYMOND are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of Court's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 O'clock A.M. on the 30th day of April, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 78, Block 29, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 4, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 87-A through 87-D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
