NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated November 25, 2019 and recorded November 27, 2019 in the Official Records Book 2814, Page 7327 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida as Instrument Number 201941119382 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Little Gull Cottages Manager's Office, 5330 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 on the 30th day of APRIL, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
