Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2020, in Case No.: 2019-CA-003019 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which GRIFFIN'S GREEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARY CATHERINE WILLIAMS and
UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A RANDY EVERETT are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on June 9, 2020, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Griffin's Green, according to the plat or map thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 149, Pages 11 and 12, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
