YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:
1.) Lot 14, Block 1525, Thirtieth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 14, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
2.) Lot 10, Block 1276, Twenty-Sixth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 3, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
3.) Lot 1, Swartburg, North Port, FL, Block 1212, 27th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 11, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any upon the Plaintiff in Pro-Se, Denice Haggerty, at the following address: 1861 Primrose Lane Wellington, FL 33414, within thirty days after the first publication of this notice March 14, 2020, and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on said Plaintiff or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
