NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated January 14, 2020 and was recorded January 27, 2020 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2020000022722 of Lee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SAND CASTLE BEACH CLUB Manager's Office, 905 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 29th day of APRIL, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
