NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003378, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. MARVIN MOSKOWITZ AND HARRIETT MOSKOWITZ (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and QGP, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, ALF 9, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 30th day of April 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74 AND 75, BLOCK 3986 OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 55, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
