NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit No. 4-104, Phase 4, Worthington at West Park Village, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereto, recorded in Official Records Book 13538, Pages 77 through 222, as amended in Book 13651, page 197; Book 13676, page 1494; Book 13726, page 1459; Book 13838, page 701; Book 13838, page 837, Book 14006, page 1171, inclusive, and according to the map or plat thereof of Worthington At West Park Village Condominium Phase 4 recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 64, inclusive, and as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
