NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 24, 2020 in Civil Case Number 19-006761-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CIVIC HOLDINGS III TRUST is the Plaintiff and AG LEO INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. et. al. are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at public sale on June 25, 2020 electronically by online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in the Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
