NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-007648-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE3, Plaintiff, and CHLOE E. HAMM A/K/A CHLOE HAMM is Defendant.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of April, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, PINE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
