NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-005379-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Quicken Loans Inc, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Patricia Locklear Coates a/k/a Patricia Ann Coates a/k/a Patricia Ann Locklear, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 20, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK C, GLENELLYN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
