TO: JOSHUA McCOOL and ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA McCOOL and ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THEM, and ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property located in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 170, WATERFORD ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 1 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Katherine E. Cook, Plaintiff's attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, on or before May 11, 2020 and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
