Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2018-CA-004942-AX in the Circuit Court of Manatee, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Lot B-11, ROSEDALE HIGHLANDS, SUBPHASE B, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 198, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 5208 96th St. E. Bradenton FL 34211
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M. on June 5, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
