The personal property stored in the subject Compound Storage Spaces that is the subject of the above-case styled action by virtue of Lease for Compound Storage Space 256 on December 20, 2016 and Compound Storage Space 79 April 19, 2017 between HARBOR COVE RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation Plaintiff and Defendant Paul A. Coughlin includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a. Pro-Line Center console fishing boat with Yamaha 150 proV engine, VIN #PLCSC037H293;
b. Trailer manufactured by Fabrique Par HLT Limited, Model #A2020TB, VIN #4H1002424F0492414, Florida license plate #IE1 3SG; and
c. Coleman pop-up camper, VIN #NOVIN0201065049, Florida license plate #IE1 4SG.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for a Declaratory Action for Termination of Lease and Possession of Compound Storage Spaces, to foreclose a Landlord's Lien, and Declaratory Action to Quiet Title has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, HARBOR COVE RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or May 11, 2020; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
