NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Re-open Case and to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 30, 2020 in Case No. 19-CC-000521 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, is Plaintiff, and KIYOKO C. PAGELLA, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on APRIL 29, 2020. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, SABAL SPRINGS GOLF AND RACQUET CLUB,UNIT 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 14 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 3298 SABAL SPRINGS BLVD, NORTH FORT MYERS, FL 33917.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
