NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (in Rem) dated March 3, 2020 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 30, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-001143 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and BURFISHER CORP, LLC; LUIS E. LOZADA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS E. LOZADA N/K/A NAYIBI LOZADO; E*TRADE BANK; PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on 9:00 AM, on MAY 21, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 105, BUILDING M, PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED FEBRUARY 27, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4211, PAGE 4187, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of the record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
