Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2020, in Case No. 2019-CC-045445 of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which WATERLEAF OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH WATSON and MEAGAN WATSON are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on May 1, 2020, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 3, in Block 18, of WATERLEAF PHASE 4B, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 128, Page 279, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
