NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 3, 2020 and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-000912 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Charles P. Pyle, deceased, Melvin Jackson, Michael Pyle a/k/a Mike Pyle, Timothy Charles Pyle, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Natasha Lewis, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the May 5, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

THE NORTH 41 FEET OF LOTS 93 AND 94 OF FERN CLIFF SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 21 AND PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
