NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 18, 2020, entered in Case No. 10-012793-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Johnston; Toni V. Johnston are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 26th day of May, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23 AND 24, EUCLID PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
