NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 101, as shown on Condominium plat of CROSSWINDS COLONY “ONE”, BUILDING ONE, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 60-61, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed August 20, 1971, in Official Records Book 3606, Pages 373-472, inclusive, amended in Official Records Book 3663, Page 866, in Official Recorded Book 3738, Page 261, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1900 68th Street N., #101, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33710.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 12, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
