NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on April 21, beginning at 2:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners during the noticed Regular Virtual Meeting of the Board to consider the petition of HSLD LLC., to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:

A portion of a 40-foot Drainage Easement lying in Lot 62
(Street address 792 Natalie Lane), Saint Joseph Sound Estates,
Plat Book 81, Page 63, lying in Section 2, Township 28,
Range 15, Pinellas County, Florida.

In accordance with the Executive Office of the Governor Orders 20-69, and 20-91, the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners will hold a virtual public meeting utilizing Communications Media Technology (CMT) on the Zoom platform on April 21, 2020 beginning at 2:00 p.m. The public meeting and public hearings on that agenda will be held virtually and broadcasted live at www.pinellascounty.org/video/live-meetings.shtml as well as broadcast on the County cable public access channels:

All comments received by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting will be included as part of the official record for this meeting and will be available to be considered by the County Commission prior to any action taken.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

As Pinellas County is currently operating under a Declaration of Emergency relating to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and is practicing CDC recommended social distancing protocols, staff from the Office of Human Rights is working remotely from the office.
