YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Lesse's interest in that certain Lease by and between Imperial Homes Corporation, a Florida corporation, as Lessor and Imperial Land Corporation, as Lessee, dated October 30, 1967, recorded October 30, 1967 at Official Records Book 2704, Page 451 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 2-C and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Imperial Court Condominium Apartments land exhibits, all as recorded in Official Records Book 2702, Page 440, as amended and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 46 through 50, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
