NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019CA005295AX of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KEVIN M. MCDERMOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN M. MCDERMOTT and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of July, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 2104, Building 21, Phase 9, Willowbrook, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2187, pages 2990 through 3154, and amended by document recorded in Official Records Book 2303, page 1085, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
