NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure in favor of Plaintiff, CONNERTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 30th day of March, 2020, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on April 29, 2020 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 13, Block 5, of CONNERTON VILLAGE ONE, PARCEL 101 and 102, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 115 through 137, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8800 Bonica Place, Land O' Lakes, Florida 34637 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner(s), as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
