YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment and other relief has been filed against you regarding the above-reference property and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Darrin R. Schutt, Esq. of Schutt Law Firm, P.A., Attorney for the Plaintiffs, whose address is 12601 New Brittany Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907 on or before May 19, 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
