NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2020,in Case No. 19-CA-012851 DIV E, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Tampa, Florida, in which GORNTO LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Giulia Investment, LLC. is the Defendant(s), The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., at 10:00 a.m. on June 3, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, GORNTO LAKE APARTMENTS, as per plat thereof, ecorded in Plat Book 125, Page 150, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
