NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 26, 2020 in Civil Case No. 29-2019-CA-006557 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is Plaintiff and SHIRLENE DAWN KAEFER A/K/A SHIRLENE DAWN SCROGGINS A/K/A SHIRLENE KAEFER, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of June, 2020 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
PARCEL A: THAT PART OF THE NORTH 466.6 FEET OF THE EAST 233.3 FEET OF THE WEST 466.6 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 233.3 FEET OF THE WEST 466.6 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 300.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTHEASTERLY A DISTANCE OF 238.6 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 216.6 FEET; THENCE RUN WESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 233.3 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 166.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
