NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2019 and Order resetting Sale granted on April 15, 2020, entered in Case No. 17-CA-001331 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MCCORMICK 106, LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. STILLINGS, TAMMY C. STILLINGS, CONSOLIDATED ASSET MANAGEMENT I, LLC, CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A., HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, VILLA ROSA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., VILLA ROSA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., COMENITY BANK F/K/A WORLD FINANCIAL NETWORK BANK, and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MEGAN STILLINGS are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on July 14, 2020, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
